The following terms and conditions represent the basis upon which training is offered by Geoffrey Brown. The provision of training is subject to the acceptance of these conditions.

1. Licence and fitness to drive. You must hold a current valid provisional or full licence and produce it on your first training session and be fit to drive with regard to legal and medical requirements.
2. Payments can be made in advance of or at time of training by cash or cheque.
3. Cancellations. Please give 48 hours notice for cancellations or lesson may be charged for subject to discretion of Instructor.
4. Timekeeping In the event of my arriving late for a training session, because of difficulties, which may be caused by circumstances outside my control, you will receive the full amount of training paid for or credit for any lost time.
5. Provision of vehicle for practical test. Your instructor reserves the right to withhold the use of training vehicle for test if he/she considers a risk to public safety.
6. Your instructor cannot be held responsible for tests cancelled by D.S.A. due to bad weather or D.S.A. staff shortages.
7. Your instructor will advise test readiness, (D.S.A. recommend a minimum of 45 hours professional tuition with 20 hour private practice).
8. The hours you will need to achieve test standard may be more than recommended by the D.S.A.
